dollars thereof to establish a scholarship in Loyola College,
located in Baltimore city.
Fifth. To the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Winefride Martin, late of Baltimore city, deceased,
of one thousand dollars to St. Mary's Industrial School for
Boys, of Baltimore city, for the St. James Home for Boys, con-
ducted by the Xarian Brothers, at 301 North High street, in
the city of Baltimore.
Sixth. To the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Winefride Martin, late of Baltimore city, deceased, of
two thousand dollars to the Roman Catholic Archbishop of
Baltimore, for the time being, in trust for the Clerical Benevo-
lent Association of Baltimore city.
Seventh. To the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Winefride Martin, late of Baltimore city, deceased, of
ten thousand dollars unto the Carmelite Sisters of Baltimore
City.
Eighth. To the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Winefride Martin, late of Baltimore city, deceased, of
ten thousand dollars to the Baltimore Academy of the Visita-
tion, located at the corner of Park avenue and Centre streets,
in the city of Baltimore.
Ninth. To the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Winefride Martin, late of Baltimore city, deceased,
of fifty thousand dollars to the Roman Catholic Archbishop of
Baltimore, for the time being, in trust for the foundation of
home for respectable ladies belonging to the Roman Catholic
Church.
Tenth. To the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Winefride Martin, late of Baltimore city, deceased,
of two thousand five hundred dollars to the St. Catharine's
Normal Institute of Baltimore city, for the foundation of a
perpetual scholarship therein.
Eleventh. To the bequest contained in the last will and tes-
tament of Winefride Martin, late of Baltimore city, deceased,
of two thousand five hundred dollars to the Sisters of Charity
for St. Joseph's Female Academy, near Emmitsburg, Mary-
land, to found a perpetual scholarship in said institution.
Twelfth. To the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Winefride Martin, late of Baltimore city, deceased,
of a sum of five hundred dollars to St. Catherine's Normal
Institute, and a like sum of tive hundred dollars to the Sisters
