volume, bound in law sheep, and upon delivery thereof to the
State Library, the Librarian shall issue her certificate of the
receipt thereof, and upon the presentation of such receipt the
Comptroller of the Treasury is hereby directed to issue his war-
rant in favor of John Prentiss Poe for the sum of fifteen hundred
dollars upon the State Treasurer, who shall pay the same out
of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.

SED. 2. And he it further enacted, That the Librarian

lows : To the Court of Appeals, two sets for the use of that
court.. To each chief judge and each associate judge of the
several circuit courts for the counties, to the judge of the
Court of Appeals from Baltimore city, and to the chief judge
and each associate judge of the Supreme Bench of Baltimore
city, one set; to the clerks of the several circuit courts for the
counties and each of the several courts of Baltimore city one
set; to the Governor, Comptroller, Treasurer, Attorney General,
Commissioner of the Land Office, Insurance Commissioner, Tax
Commissioner and Adjutant General each one set; to the circuit
court and the district court of the United States for the district of
Maryland one set each; to the clerk of the circuit court and
district court of the United States for the district of Maryland
one set; to the city counselor, city solicitor and city attorney
of Baltimore city, one set each; to the Library of Congress
one set; to the judges of the Court of Appeals of the Dis-
trict of Columbia and of the Supreme Court of the District
of Columbia each one set. The remainder of said one hun-
dred sets shall be deposited in the State Library.

CHAPTER 133.
AN ACT to repeal Section 177 A of Article 16 of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title " Montgomery County," sub-
title " Roads," as repealed and re-enacted by the Act of 1892,
Chapter 463, .and to re-enact the same.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section 177 A of Article 16 of the Code of Public
General Laws of the State of Maryland, title " Montgomery
