SEO 4. And be it enacted, That the County Commissioners
and Election Supervisors of Prince George's county are hereby
directed to make all necessary provisions for voting in said
Election District No. 15. or " Mellwood District," as they are
now required by law for other election districts in- said county.
SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That there shall be a new general
registration of all the legal voters in said Election District No.

15, or " Mellwood District," in the same way and under the
same rules and provisions in all respects as provided by chap-
ter 202 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland,
passed at the session of 18U6, for the general registration of
voters in the counties of the State.
SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That the Governor of the State
of Maryland and the County Commissioners of Prince George's

appointments of justices of the peace, constables and other
offices for said Election District No. 15, or " Mellwood Dis-
trict," as are now made for the other election districts of Prince
