CHAPTER 108.
AN ACT to amend Chapter 134 of the Public General Laws
of Maryland, Acts of 1896, by making an additional appro-
priation to complete the publication of the Records and
Histories of the Maryland Soldiers, Sailors and Marines,
who fought for the preservation of the Federal Union,
1861-65.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sum of thirty-five hundred dollars, or so much

thereof as may be found necessary, be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of any money in the treasury of Maryland
not otherwise appropriated, for the completion of the Records
and Histories of the Maryland Soldiers, Sailors and Marines,
who fought for the preservation of the Federal Union,
1861-65.
SEC. 2. That the appropriation authorized by this Act shall

be divided as follows, viz : the sum of three thousand dollars
shall be available under section 3, and the sum of five hundred
shall be available under the provisions of section 6 of the
original Act of which this is an amendment.
