deceased, of one-half of the residue of her estate to the Cen-
tral Presbyterian Church of the city of Baltimore, and the
other half thereof to the Home Mission of the Presbyterian
Church of Baltimore.

Forty second. To the conveyance by Charles J. Fox and
wife, and Paul A. Seeger and wife, and the trustees of the
Union Church of Orangeville of Baltimore county, to the
trustees of the Orangeville Methodist Episcopal Church of
Baltimore county, State of Maryland, a body corporate, duly
incorporated by deed dated May 21, 1896, and recorded
among the land records of Baltimore county, in Liber L. M.
B. No. 218, folio 191, of all that lot of ground known and
described as Lot No. 22, in Section "C," as designated on the
plat of the Orangeville Land and Improvement Company,
duly recorded among the land records aforesaid.

Forty-third. To the conveyance of Charles J. Fox and wife
to the "Trustees of the Orangeville Methodist Episcopal
Church," a body corporate, duly incorporated by deed dated
the 30th day of June, 1896, and recorded among the land
records of Baltimore county, in Liber L. M. B. No. 217, folio
351, &c., of all that lot of ground known and described as lot
"No. 23," in section "c," in the plat of the "Orangeville Land
and Improvement Company," duly recorded among the Land
Records aforesaid.

Forty fourth. To the sale and grant of William J. War-
burton and Otho N. Johnson, trustees, and Samuel M. John-
son and Caroline B. Johnson, to the Local Preachers' Camp
Meeting Association, of Cecil county, of a tract or parcel of
land, containing fifty-four acres in the fifth election district of
Cecil county, by deed duly recorded among the land records
of said county.

Forty-fifth. To the following described grants, sales and
deeds from various persons to the convention of the Protestant
Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Maryland, viz: (1st) To
the deed from C. Spaight Keerl, dated November 21, 1890,
and recorded among the land records of Baltimore city, in
Liber J. B. No. 1322, folio 354; (2d) to the deed from
Walter De C. Poultney, dated March 28, 1893, and recorded
among said land records in Liber J. B. No. 1437, folio 660 ;
(3d) to the deed from Rebecca .Reyburn et al., dated Decem-
ber 14, 1895, and recorded among the said land records in
Liber R. Q, No. 1595, folio 288; (4th) to the deed from
Leigh Bonsai et al., dated February 12, 1897, and recorded
