Forty-sixth. To the grant and conveyance of ten acres of
'land for rectory purposes made by Dorcas C. Scarff to the
vestry of Trinity Church, Long Green, by deed dated April 5,
1894, and recorded among the land records of Baltimore county
in Liber L. M. B. No. 203, folio 561.
Forty-seventh. To the bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Martin T. Shafer, late of Frederick county,
deceased, to the trustees of the Reform Church in Burketts-
ville of the sum of five hundred dollars for the purposes and
under the stipulations in said will expressed, the same being
recorded among the will records of Frederick county, in Liber
J. K. W. No. 2, folio 228, &c.
Forty-eighth. To the devise and bequest contained in the
will of Annie R. Hanson, late of Baltimore city, deceased, to
the Church of the Messiah, in Baltimore city, of a one-fifth
interest in the rents and profits, and in the proceeds of the sale
of certain property situated on Lombard and Liberty streets in
Baltimore city.
Forty-ninth. To the con veyance of the reversion in a certain
parcel of land, and the rent issuing therefrom, situated on
Hollins Market Space in the city of Baltimore, by Charles W.
Rankin and William G. Harrison, trustees, by deed dated July
2, 1874, and recorded among the land records of Baltimore
city, in Liber G. R. No. 664, folio 11, &c., to "The Yestry of
Saint Luke's Church," a body corporate, duly incorporated
under the laws of the State of Maryland, and to the convey-
ance of the reversion in part of said parcel of land, and the
rent issuing therefrom, by the said body corporate, by deed
dated March 2, 1878, and recorded among the land records of
Baltimore city, in Liber F. A. P. No. 804, folio 137, &c., to
A. G. Wilkens.
Fifty. To sundry bequests and devises contained in the last
will and testament of Catherine Wickings, late of Baltimore
city, deceased, as follows : (1) To the Little Sisters of the Poor
of Baltimore city, of the sum of one hundred dollars ; (2) to
the House of the Good Shepherd of Baltimore city, of the
sum of one hundred dollars ; (3) to St. James' Home for Boys
of Baltimore city, of the sum of one hundred dollars ; (4) to
St. Mary's Female Orphan Asylum of Baltimore city, of the
sum of one hundred dollars ; (5) to the Reverend P. J. Dona-
hue, at present in charge of the Sanctuary Society of the
Cathedral Parish in Baltimore city, of the sum of one him-
