Various gifts,
bequests,
etc.,
sanctioned.

Baltimore, running westwardly, binding on the south side of
Baker street two hundred and three feet to the northeast side
of Winsor mill road, thence sontheastwardly binding on said
road two hundred and sixty- feet more or lees to the intersec-
tion of the west side of Mqnroe street and said road, thence
northwardly binding on the west side of Monroe street two
hundred feet to the place of beginning, said deed bearing date
September 11, 1894, and recorded among the land records of
Baltimore city in. Liber J. B. No. 1521, folio 173, &c.
Thirty-fifth. To a bequest of two hundred and sixteen dol-
lars and nine cents, contained in the last will and testament of
Margaret Ann Stewart, late of Baltimore city, deceased, to the
"Women's Foreign Missionary Society of the Methodist Episco-
pal Church, South, a body incorporated under the laws of the
tate.
Thirty sixth. To certain bequests contained in the last will
and testament of George S. Richardson, late of Worcester
county, deceased, to the committee of the Presbyterian church
in Snow Hill, in Worcester county, in the State of Maryland,
said will bearing date September 14, 1894, duly probated and
recorded in the office of the Register of Wills for Worcester
county in Liber T. D. P. No. 12, folios 12 to 19, both inclusive.
Thirty- seventh. To the bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Sabina E. Flegner, late of Baltimore city, deceased,
of one thousand dollars to the Emmanuel Church or congre-
gation of the Evangelical Association of Baltimore city.
Thirty-eighth. To the bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Susan A. Porter, late of Queen Anne's county,
deceased, of one thousand dollars to the Methodist Episcopal
Church North at Church Hill, in said county.
Thirty-ninth. To the bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Annie Gertrude Treytag, late of Anne Arundel
county, deceased, of two thousand dollars to St. Martimas
Roman Catholic Church, County of Wittlich, Germany, for
the purposes expressed in said will.
Fortieth. To the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Joseph Cox, late of Baltimore county, deceased, of
one thousand dollars to St. John's Church, Kingsville, in Bal-
timore county, the same being the corporation possessed of the
Protestant Episcopal Church, situated near Kingsville, in Bal-
timore county, Maryland.
Forty-first. To the devise and bequest contained in the last
will and testament of Mary Long, late of Baltimore city,
