real and leasehold property, situated on the east side of North
Charles street, in the city of Baltimore, from Randolph Bar-
ton, trustee, et al., bearing date July 10, 1897, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore city, in Liber R. O. No.
1,683, folio 395, &c.; (2) a deed and conveyance of certain
real estate, situated on the east side of North Charles street,
in the city of Baltimore, from Charles O'Donavan, trustee,
bearing date December 1, 1897, and recorded among the land
records of Baltimore city, in Liber R. O...No. 1706, folio
390, &c.
Thirtieth. To the following bequests contained in the last
will and testament of James W. O'Hara, late of Baltimore
city, deceased, viz : (1) A bequest of one hundred dollars to
the Reverend John C. Boland, pastor of St. Vincent's Church,
Baltimore, for the purposes mentioned in said will ; (2) a be-
quest of five hundred dollars to the Carmelite Sisters of Balti-
more ; (3) a bequest of one hundred dollars to Reverend Father
Nelson, Pastor of St. Francis Roman Catholic Church, corner
of Pleasant and Calvert streets, Baltimore, for the uses of said
church.
Thirty-first. To the bequest contained in the last will and
testament of William T. Disharoon, late of Wicomico county,
deceased, to the Powellsville Methodist Protestant Circuit, of
Worcester county, Maryland, of the sum of two hundred and
fifty dollars.
Thirty-second. To the bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Enos Daub, late of Middletown, Frederick
county, deceased, to the trustees of the United IJrethern
Church of Middletown, Frederick county, Maryland, of the
sum of one hundred dollars, to be applied as said trustees shall
select.
Thirty-third. To the purchase by and the conveyance of "The
First German Evangelical Lutheran St. John's Congregation of
Baltimore City" of the reversionary interests in the several par-
cels of ground on the northeast side of Division street, in the
city of Baltimore, described in a deed to said corporation from
George R. Wannenwetsch and wife, dated October 28, 1897,
and recorded among the land records of Baltimore city, in
Liber R. O. Nq. 1700, folio 259, &c.
Thirty-fourth. To a deed and conveyance from Olevia War-
field, widow, to the trustees of Caernarvon Methodist Episco-
pal Church, South of a certain lot of ground beginning on the
southwest corner of Baker and Monroe streets, in the city of
