Eighth. To a deed of certain real estate in Baltimore city,
from Benjamin F. Horwitz, trustee, et al., to the Mount Vernon
Place Methodist Episcopal Church, of Baltimore city, said
deed bearing date March 18, 1889, and recorded among the
land records of Baltimore city, in Liber J. B. No. 1233, folio
482, &c.

Ninth. To the following bequests under the will of Richard
S. Dodson, recorded in the office of the Register of Wills for
Talbot county, in Liber E. H. R No. 15, folio 54, &c. : (1)
To the trustees of Sardis Chapel of St. Michaels, a claim
against the St. Michaels Cemetery Company of two hundred
dollars, and also the sum of three hundred dollars ; (2) to the
Vestry of the Protestant Episcopal Church of St Michaels, the
sum of five hundred dollars ; (3) to the trustees of the Method-
ist Protestant Church of St. Michaels, the sum of five hun-
dred dollars ; and , (4) to the African Methodist Episcopal
Church of St. Michaels, the sum of five hundred dollars.

Tenth. To the bequest of five hundred dollars contained in
the last will and testament of Mrs. Nancy Jones, late of Har-
ford county, deceased, to the trustees of North Bend Presby-
terian Church (in Harford county) in trust, to use the income
thereon for the proper care of the testatrix's graveyard lot and
graves of herself and husband, and also the graves of the
testatrix's parents in the burying ground attached to said
church, in proper order and repair ; and, secondly, as to any
balance from said income to be used to help pay the salary of
the minister having charge of and regularly preaching in said
church, subject to all restrictions contained in said will.

Eleventh. To the following bequests contained in the last
will and testament of Elizabeth G. Lee, late of Harford county,
deceased, said will bearing date the 23d day of July, 1889, and
recorded among the Testamentary Records of Harford county:
(1) To the "Belair Methodist Episcopal Church of Harford
county, Maryland," the sum of two thousand dollars, to be
used in improving the church and parsonage; (2) to the
"Preachers' Fund Society of the City of Baltimore," the sum
of one thousand dollars; (3) to the "Women's Foreign Mis-
sionary Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church," the sum
of two thousand dollars ; (4) "to all the rest and residue" of
the estate of the said Elizabeth G. Lee, "of every description,"
to the "Preachers' Fund Society of the City of Baltimore," and
to the "Women's Foreign Missionary Society of the Methodist
Episcopal Church," to be equally divided between them.
