to the support of "St. Paul's House," in said parish.

Various sifts,
bequests,
etc.,
sanctioned.

Fourth. To the two following devises or bequests con-
, tained in the will of Thomas Martin Lee, late of Frederick
county, Maryland, deceased, said will bearing date January 6,
1897, and of record in the Register of Will's office, in Frederick
county, in Liber J. K. W. No. 2, folio 91, as follows: (1) To
the president and council of Mount Saint Mary's College, in
trust for the sole use and benefit of the Old Mountain Church
connected therewith, two acres of land in said will described ;
(2) all the rest, residue and remainder of the aforesaid Thomas
Martin Lee to the Rev. Edward P. Alien in trust, for masses
to be said in the Old Mountain Church, at Mount Saint Mary's
College, for the repose of the testator's soul.

Fifth. To a devise of about five and three-quarter acres of
land to the Sisters of Charity of Saint Joseph's, devised by
the last will of Thomas Martin Lee, late of Frederick county,
deceased, and in said will described.

Sixth. To the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Sarah Robinson, late of Harford county, deceased, to
the Little Sisters of the Poor, in the city of Baltimore, a body
corporate.

Seventh. To sundry deeds and leases of certain real estate,
consisting of one acre, more or less, on and near Light street,
in the city of Baltimore, and therein described, to the trustees
of the First English Evangelical Lutheran Churcli of Balti-
more city, as follows : To a deed from John L. Ziegler,
recorded among the land records of Baltimore city, in Liber
W. G. No. 187, folio 584; a deed from George William
Brown et al., trustees, recorded among the land records afore-
said in Liber G. R. No. 472, folio 215 ; a deed from Frederick
Hinder, recorded as aforesaid in Liber G. R. No. 484, folio
368 ; and a deed from George G. Seikel, recorded as aforesaid
in Liber G. R. No. 694, folio 350 ; and to the following lease
and deed made by said trustees as follows : A lease to George
Shetla, recorded as aforesaid in Liber G. R. No. 596, folio
438, &c.; and a lease to Louis Eckhart, recorded as aforesaid in
Liber G. R. No. 615, folio 190; and to a deed and conveyance
of the rents and profits issuing out of said lease to Sarah L.
Wilkens, the same being recorded in Liber G. R. No. 661,
folio 30 ; the said leases and last mentioned deed being of and
for the same property which was conveyed to said trustees as
aforesaid.
