JOINT RESOLUTIONS.

house be and said committee is hereby author-
ized and requested, in drawing under said act
upon the amount appropriated for said building,
to set apart and reserve a sum sufficient to pay
said workmen their several sworn and undis-
puted claims as ascertained by said joint com-
mittee, and also to set apart and reserve out of
the amount so appropriated for said building a
sum sufficient to pay all other unpaid bills and
claims of material men or sub-contractors for
work done upon or material provided for said
building, and which have been or may hereafter

same unless he or they shall first agree to the

to said committee when the building is other-
wise ready for acceptance.
