Chapter 78.

AN ACT to change the name of "South East
creek" in Queen Anne's county to "South
East river."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-

sembly of Maryland, That the branch of Chester
river, now known as "South East creek,"
extending from said Chester river to Church
Hill, in Queen Anne's county, and upon which
Beus Point wharf and South East wharf are
located, together with its tributaries, be and the
same shall hereafter be known as "South East
river."

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

Minors."
