Chapter 541.

AN ACT to repeal chapter three hundred and
twenty of an act passed January session,
eighteen hundred and eighty, entitled "An
act to repeal section twenty-six of chapter
three hundred and ninety-seven of an act
passed January session eighteen hundred and
seventy-eight, entitled 'An act to incorporate
the town of Gaithersburg, in Montgomery
county,'" and to repeal and re-enact with
amendments, section two, section three, sec-
tion six, section seven, section eight and sec-
tion twenty-six of chapter three hundred and
ninety-seven of an act passed January session,
eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, entitled
"An act to incorporate the town of Gaithers-
burg, in Montgomery county."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That chapter three hundred and

twenty, passed by the January session eighteen
hundred and eighty, entitled "An act to repeal
section twenty-six of chapter three hundred and
ninety-seven of an act passed January session,
eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, entitled
'An act to incorporate the town of Gaithersburg,
in Montgomery county,' " be and the same is
hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

Repealed.

of Maryland, That the act entitled "An act to
repeal sections second, third, sixth, seventh,
eighth and twenty-sixth of chapter three hun-
dred and ninety-seven of an act passed at the
January session, eighteen hundred and seventy-
eight, entitled 'An act to incorporate the town
of Gaithersburg, in Montgomery county,' and
to re-enact the same with amendments so as to
read as [as] follows," be and the same is hereby,
repealed, amended and re-enacted so as to read
as follows :
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the limits of
said town shall begin at a stone planted on the
dividing line between Ignatius T. Fulks and
