margin of said Lynch and Orendorff's addition
to Frederick; then with the west margin thereof,
north twenty-seven and one-half degrees, east
thirty-four and two-tenths perches ; then
north seventy-five and three- fourths degrees,
west twenty-seven and one-tenth perches to the
east side of the Jefferson turnpike road ; then
north thirty-nine degrees, west eighty-four per-
ches to the middle of the east end of Hezekiah
Young's storehouse standing on the south
side of the Frederick and Hagerstown turn-
pike road ; then north seventy-two and
three-fourths degrees, east two hundred and
seven perches to the southwest corner of
the German Reformed graveyard ; then par-
allel with the west side of Bentz street, north
twenty-one and one-quarter degrees, east two
hundred and two twenty-eight-one-hundredths
perches ; and thence south eighty-one and one-
fourth degrees, east fifty-nine and twenty-eight
one-hundredths perches, to the first-mentioned
place of beginning; and the said mayor and
aldermen shall have full power and authority to
assess, levy and collect within said limits, any
and all taxes whatsover which they were
authorized to assess, levy and collect, within
the taxable limits as existing before the passage
of this act.
