Fines— to

any offence under this act, one half of all fines
imposed shall be paid to the informer and the
other half of said fines shall be paid to the
board of county school commissioners for said
county for the use of the public schools in said
county.
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That the

possession by any person within the limits of
. said county of any of the birds or rabbits men-
tioned in the preceding sections of this act, at
any time in which the shooting, trapping or kill-
ing of the same is prohibited by said preceding
sections, shall be prima facie evidence of viola-
tions of this law.
SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That the

Fines— how
disposed of.
|
fines which may be collected by any justice of
the peace of said county under the provisions of
this act, and the money paid to said clerk of the
circuit court for licenses under the provisions of
this act, shall be paid by said justice of the
peace and the clerk to the treasurer of the board
of school commissioners of Baltimore county,
to be by him placed to the credit of the school
fund for said county.
SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That it shall

be the duty of the constable and police officers
of the several election districts of the said county
to arrest any person or persons violating any of
the provisions of this act, and take them before
the nearest justice of the peace, to be dealt with
as this act has hereinbefore directed.

Repealed.
|
SEC. 8. And be it further enacted, That all
acts or parts of acts inconsistent with the pro-
visions of this act be and the same are hereby
repealed.
|
|
|
Effective.
|
SEC. 9. And be it further enacted, That this
act shall take effect from the date of its passage
