Chapter 537.

AN ACT to add four sub-sections to section
two, chapter three hundred and fifty-eight, acts
of eighteen hundred and eighty-two, entitled
"An act to incorporate the Baltimore and
Ohio Railroad Employes' Relief Association."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That the act of eighteen hun-
dred and eighty-two, chapter three hundred and
fifty-eight, entitled, "An act to incorporate the
Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Employes' Relief
Association," be and the same is hereby repealed.
SUB-SECTION A. That the committee of man-
agement of said Baltimore and Ohio Employes'

said association shall not, under the provisions
of this act, adopt any by-laws or constitution
compelling any employe of said Baltimore and
Ohio Railroad Company to become a member of
said relief association, nor shall the Baltimore
and Ohio Railroad Company prescribe any con-
ditions upon which its employes shall become
members of said association:
