fendant shall have the same legal effect and
operation, and execution thereon shall be en-
forced and have like effect as if the judgment or
decree had been recovered against all the gen-
eral partners ; provided that no such judgment
shall operate as a lien upon the real estate or
chattels real of any general partner not named
as a defendant in said case to the prejudice of
any bona fide purchaser without notice.
(21). No dissolution of such partnership by
the acts of the partners shall take place previous
to the time specified in the certificate of its
formation, or in the certificate of its renewal,

unless by death of one of the partners or in-
solvency of the partnership, except as provided
in section ten, or until a notice of such dissolu-
tion shall have been filed and recorded in the
clerk's office in which the original certificate
was recorded, and published once a week for
four weeks in a newspaper printed in each of
the counties or city where the partnership may
have places of business, or by notice set up at
some public place in each election district in
the cases provided for in section seven of this
article ; which publication may be proved by
affidavit, and recorded as hereinbefore pre-
scribed for the publication of the certificate for
the formation of such partnership.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
