his office during the term for which he shall be
appointed; and that the county commissioners
shall, on or before the first day of July after
the passage of this act, elect a clerk to said
board of county commissioners, and require him
to give bond as provided in this section.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amend-
ments sections eleven and twenty-one of
article seventy-two of the Code of Public
General Laws, title "Partnerships Limited."

Repealed and
re-enacted.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That sections eleven and
twenty-one of article seventy-two of the Code
of Public General Laws, title "Partnerships
Limited," be and the same are hereby repealed
and re-enacted with amendments so as to read
as follows :
(11). The business of the partnership may be
conducted under the name of any one or more

as the parties may determine ; and in any action
or suit to be brought on any contract or engage-
ment of the partnership, or to enforce any
