Chapter 63.
AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay
Annapolis Publishing Company for paper fur-
nished, printing, binding and distributing the
report of the state board of education for the
year eighteen hundred and eighty-six, by
order of the governor.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That the comptroller of the
treasury be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to issue his warrant upon the treasurer
of the state in favor of Annapolis Publishing
Company for the sum of two thousand dollars,
in full payment for paper furnished and for
printing, binding and distributing three thous-
and volumes of the report of the state board of
education for the year eighteen hundred and
eighty-six, done by order of the governor in
compliance with the provisions of an act passed
at the session of eighteen hundred and seventy-
two, chapter three hundred and seventy-seven,
sub-chapter twelve, section eleven ; said claim,
with the proofs thereof, having been submitted
to and approved by the comptroller and treas-
urer of the state.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

cle sixty-one of the Code of Public General
Laws, entitled "Mechanics Lien," and to re-
enact the same with amendments.
