Repealed and
re-enacted.
|
AN ACT to repeal section ninety-three of arti-
cle twenty of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title " Talbot County," sub-title "Justices of
the Peace," und to re-enact the same with
amendments.

Number of
justices and
constables.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That section ninety-three
of article twenty of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Talbot County," sub-title "Jus-
tices of the Peace," be and the same is hereby
repealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows :
SEC. 93. And be it enacted, That there shall be
the following number of justices of the peace
and constables in Talbot county, to wit : for
election district number one, four justices of
the peace and three constables ; for election dis-

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage, and all
laws inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
