AN ACT to refund to Uzziel Wright a sum of
money erroneously paid into the treasury of
the state.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That the treasurer be and he
is hereby directed, upon the warrant of the
comptroller therefor, which he is authorized to
draw, to pay Uzziel Wright the sum of twenty-
six dollars and eighty-four cents, the same being
an overpayment into the treasury of Maryland
by the said Uzziel Wright as collector of state
and county taxes in Charles county for the year
eighteen hundred and eighty-three.

AN ACT to regulate the heating of steam pas-
senger cars.

ninety, to heat its passenger cars by any stove
or furnace kept inside of the car or suspended
