Chapter 398.
AN ACT to repeal chapter four hundred and
eleven, passed at the January session of the
general assembly for the year eighteen hun-
dred and eighty-six, "An act to prohibit the
catching of fish with seines in Island creek,
Calvert county."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That chapter four hundred and
eleven of the acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland passed at the January session, eighteen
hundred and eighty-six, entitled "An act to pro-
hibit the catching of fish with seines in Island
creek, Calvert county," be and the same is here-
by repealed.

Repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

Chapter 399.
AN ACT to continue the appropriations to Char-
lotte Hall school f or five years, beginning with
the year eighteen hundred and eighty-nine.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-

sembly of Maryland, That the appropriations of
one thousand dollars to Charlotte Hall school, in
Saint Mary's county, as provided for by chapter
two hundred and thirty-seven of the acts of
eighteen hundred and eighty-four, be and the
same is hereby continued for five years, begin-
ning with the year eighteen hundred and eighty-
nine, under and in accordance with the terms
and provisions of said chapter two hundred and
thirty-seven of the acts of eighteen hundred and
eighty- four.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
