Chapter 303.
AN ACT to repeal section one, chapter thirty-
four of the acts of eighteen hundred and eighty-
two, entitled "An act to grant certain leave
of absence with pay to the Officers, Patrolmen
and Detectives, constituting the Police Force
of the City of Baltimore," and re-enact the
same with amendment, "and to authorize the
board of police commissioners of Baltimore
city to appoint additional police officers to
take the place of such officers as may be off
on leave granted under the provisions of this
Bill, to be known as 'Probationary Officers.' "
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That section one of chapter
