said corporation by deed dated the twenty-first,
of February, Anno Domini eighteen hundred
and seventy-seven, and recorded among the said
land records in liber G. R., number seven hun-
dred and sixty-seven, folio three hundred and
seventy-seven, &c.; thirty-sixth, to the sale,

grant and conveyance to the "Trustees of the
Methodist Episcopal Church in the City and
Precincts of Baltimore," a corporation duly
incorporated under the laws of this state, of a lot
of ground lying in the city of Baltimore, on the
west side of William street, and fully described
in a lease for ninety-nine years, renewable, from
William George Read and Sophia C. Read, his
wife, to the said corporation, dated the seventh
day of June, Anno Domini eighteen hundred and
thirty-four, and recorded among the land records
of Baltimore county (now city), in liber T. R.,
number two hundred and thirty-eight, f olio three
hundred and twenty-eight, &c.; thirty-seventh,
to a sale, grant and conveyance to the "South
Baltimore German Methodist Episcopal Church

of Baltimore. City," a body corporate duly in-
corporated under the laws of this State, of a lot
of ground lying in said city on the west side of
Battery avenue, and fully described or referred
to in a deed from " The Permanent Land Com-
pany of the City of Baltimore" to the said "South
Baltimore German Methodist Episcopal Church
of Baltimore City," dated the fifteenth day of
January, Anno Domini eighteen hundred and
seventy-two, and recorded among the land re-
cords of Baltimore city in liber G. R., number
five hundred and forty-eight, folio ninety-two,
&c.; thirty-eighth, to the sale, grant and convey-
ance to " The South Baltimore German Method-
ist Episcopal Church of Baltimore City," a body
corporate duly incorporated under the laws of
this state, of certain lots of ground lying in Bal-
timore city on the west side of Battery avenue,

from William A. Dunnington to the said " South
Baltimore German Methodist Episcopal Church
of Baltimore City." dated the fourth day of Jan-
uary, Anno Domini eighteen hundred and sev-
enty-eight, and recorded among the land re-
