seven hundred and ninety-eight, folio one
hundred and forty-six, &c.; thirty-ninth, to
the following sales, grants and conveyances
to the "Trustees of the Methodist Episco-
pal Church of South Baltimore Station in
the City of Baltimore," a body corporate and

duly incorporated by the laws of this state, and
to the "Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal
Church of the William Street Station in the City
of Baltimore," a body corporate and duly in-
corporated by the laws of this state, the name
of the said latter corporation having been
changed to that of the "Trustees of the Metl
odist Episcopal Church of South Baltimore Sta-
tion in the City of Baltimore" by a supplement
to its act of incorporation, and the conveyances
hereinafter mentioned being made to both of
said corporations under both of said names ;
fortieth, to the sale, grant and conveyance to
the "Trustees of the William Street Station in
the City of Baltimore," a body corporate and
duly incorporated under the laws of this state,
of a lot of ground lying in Baltimore city on

the west side of William street, and particularly
described in a deed from the "Trustees of the
Methodist Episcopal Church in the City and
Precincts of Baltimore," a body corporate and
duly incorporated under the laws of this state,
to the said "Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal
Church of the William Street Station in the City
of Baltimore," dated the sixteenth day of Octo-
ber, Anno Domini eighteen hundred and forty-
five, and recorded among the land records of
Baltimore county (now city) in liber T. R., num-
ber three hundred and fifty-eight, folio
three hundred and eighty-four, &c., the
name of said corporation being subse-
quently changed from the "Trustees of
the Methodist Episcopal Church of the
William Street Station in the City of Balti-
