ELIHU E. JACKSON, ESQUIRE, GOVERNOR.

Deed in fee from William C. Pennington, trus-
tee, dated December twelfth, eighteen hundred
and sixty-seven, of certain property on the west
side of St. Paul street, in Baltimore city, and
recorded among the land records of said city in
liber G. R., number three hundred and fifty-

nine, folio two hundred and twenty-one, &c.; to
the deed of lease by Nancy M. Davis, dated De-
cember thirteenth, eighteen hundred and eighty-
seven, of certain property on the southeast cor-
ner of Cathedral and Read streets, in the city
of Baltimore, which deed has been recently re-
corded among the land records of the city of
Baltimore ; to the deed in fee from Elizabeth P.
Howard, dated March twenty-sixth, eighteen
hundred and eighty-seven, of certain property
on the east side of Cathedral street, in the city
of Baltimore, now of record among the land
records of Baltimore city, in liber J. E,., num-
ber eleven hundred and thirty-three, folio four
hundred and ninety-one; tenth, to a certain
deed from Henry A. Feuss and wife to the Zion

Bequest.

church of the city of Baltimore, dated the thir-
teenth day of April, Anno Domini eighteen hun-
dred and seventy-eight, and recorded among the
land records of Baltimore city, in liber F. A. P.,
number eight hundred and eight, folio three hun-
dred and forty-two, &c., conveying to said
church corporation certain real and leasehold
property therein mentioned ; also to a certain
deed of the fee and reversion in a lot of ground
in said city of Baltimore, now held by Adolph
Simon, with the right to collect the yearly rent
of six cents, to be made and executed by the said
Adolph Simon to the Zion church of the city of
Baltimore ; eleventh, to certain bequests con-
tained in the last will and testament of Charles
W. Rankin, late of Baltimore city, deceased, to
the vestry of St. Luke's church of said city for
the benefit of said church ; twelfth, to the grant

by Samuel Appold to St. Paul's Evangelical
Lutheran church of Baltimore city, of a lot of
ground, part of which is in fee and part lease-
hold, lying at the northernmost corner of Druid
Hill avenue and McMechin street, in Baltimore
city, which grant was made by deed dated the
thirtieth day of March, Anno Domini eighteen
