the land records of Baltimore city, in liber
G. R., number six hundred and fifty-four, folio
one hundred and seventy-three, &c.; for the
benefit of said church ; thirteenth, to the ac-
quisition by the trustees of the Methodist

Bequest.

Episcopal church in the city and precincts
of Baltimore of a lot of ground in Baltimore
county, at the southeast corner of Guilford
avenue and Townsend street, fronting fifty-two
feet on Guilford avenue, by one hundred feet
deep on Townsend street ; fourteenth, to the
acquisition by "The Trustees of the Madison
Square Centenary Methodist Episcopal Church
in the City of Baltimore" of the leasehold estate
in and to a certain lot of ground in Baltimore
city at the southwest corner of North avenue
and Caroline street, said lot being fully described
in a deed from Samuel H. Tagart, trustee, to
Charles A. Singewald, dated the twenty-first
day of May, Anno Domini, eighteen hundred

Bequest.

and eighty six, and duly recorded among the
land records of Baltimore city in liber J. B.,
number one thousand and ninety-six, folio four
hundred and nine, &c., with the privilege to the
said corporation of buying the reversion in said
lot of ground ; fifteenth, to the lease for ninety-
nine years, renewable forever, of a lot of ground
at the southwest corner of Broadway and Gough
street, in Baltimore city, which was made by
George E. Jones to Grace English Evangelical
church of Baltimore city by indenture, dated
the fifth day of April, Anno Domini eighteen
hundred and eighty-seven, and recorded among
the land records of Baltimore city in liber J. B.,
number eleven hundred and thirty-five, folio
one hundred and sixty-two ; sixteenth, to the
deed of lease by Mary E. Carter and others to
the vestry of Emanuel church of Baltimore,

Bequest.

dated February ninth, eighteen hundred and
eighty-eight, of certain property on the south
side of Park avenue, in Baltimore city, now
entered for record among the land records of
Baltimore city ; seventeenth, to the acquisition
by "The Trustees of the Catonsville Station of
the Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore
