the bequest of Sarah Burgess, late of Frederick

Bequest,

county, deceased, to St. Paul's Episcopal church,
situated near the village of Point of Rocks in
Frederick county; second, the bequest to Rever-
end Henry F. White, the parish priest in charge
of St. Joseph's Catholic church of Emmittsburg,
Frederick county, or his successor, contained in
the last will and testament of Joseph T. Her-
shide, late of said county, deceased; third, to
the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Choe Stanton, colored, late of Frederick
county, deceased, to the pastor of St. Mary's
Catholic church, near Petersville, Frederick
county, for the benefit of said church ; fourth,
to the bequest contained in the last will and
testament of John G. Rhinhart, late of Garrett

county, deceased, to the council of the Evangel-
ical Lutheran church of Oakland, Garrett county;
fifth, to the bequest contained in the last will
and testament of Jacob Myers, Jr., late of Car-
roll county, deceased, to the vestry of Emanuel
(or commonly called Baust) Evangelical Luther-
an church, near Tyrone of said county ; sixth,
to the bequest contained in the last will and tes-
tament of Sarah A. Gehr, late of Carroll county,
deceased, to "Trustees of Grace Evangelical
Lutheran Church of Westminster," of said
county, for the benefit of said church ; seventh,
to the bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Sarah Ann Lee, late of Baltimore
city, deceased, to the trustees of "The Union
Square Station" of the Methodist Episcopal
church in the city of Baltimore, for the benefit of
said church ; eighth, to the gifts and bequests

H. Cunningham, late of Baltimore city, de-
ceased, to the trustees of the Madison Square
Centenary Methodist Episcopal church in the
city of Baltimore, to the Home for the Aged of
the Methodist Episcopal church of Baltimore
city and to the Missionary Society of the Metho-
dist Episcopal church incorporated by the legis-
lature of the State of New York, for the benefit
of said corporations ; ninth, to the following
deeds and conveyances to and for the use of the
