	Chapter 334. AN ACT to amend the charter of the president and managers of the "Baltimore General Dis- pensary," incorporated under an act of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed in the year eighteen hundred and seven, by adding thereto a new section, to be known as section eight.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem- bly of Maryland, That the charter of the presi- dent and directors of the Baltimore General Dis- pensary, incorporated in the year eighteen hun- dred and seven, be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the following section, to be known as section eight, and which section to read as follows :	Amended.
	SEC. 8. Be it enacted, That the president and directors of the Baltimore General Dispen- sary be and they are hereby authorized to estab- lish a hospital to enlarge the sphere of their usefulness, and to acquire by grant, gift, or de- vise, and hold or dispose of such real estate, or other property, as they may deem necessary for the charitable purposes for which they were in-	Establish hos- pital.
