Chapter 235.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amend-
ment, sub-section seventy-one of article fifty-
one of the Code of Public General Laws, title
" Justices of the Peace," as added to said arti-
cle by the act of eighteen hundred and eighty-
four, chapter four hundred and sixteen, enti-
tled an act to add two new sections to article
fifty-one of the Code of Public General Laws,
entitled "Justices of the Peace," providing for
amendment of proceedings ; also to repeal and
re-enact, with amendment, section thirty-four
of said article ; also to repeal and re-enact sec-
tion thirty-six of said article, as repealed and
re-enacted by the act of eighteen hundred and
eighty-six, chapter forty-five, entitled "An
act to repeal section thirty-six of article fifty-
one of the Code of Public General Laws, title
'Justices of the Peace,' sub-title 'Civil Juris-
diction,' " and to re-enact the same with
amendments ; also to repeal and re-enact, with
amendment, section sixty-eight of the same
article, as added by the act of eighteen hun-
dred and sixty-eight, chapter four hundred
and forty-three, entitled an act to add new
sections to article fifty-one of the Code of
Public General Laws, entitled " Justices of the
Peace," relating to the liens of executions
issued by justices of the peace.

Repealed and
re-enacted.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That sub-section seventy-
one of article fifty-one of the Code of Public
General Laws, title "Justices of the Peace," as
added to said article by the act of eighteen hun-
dred and eighty-four, chapter four hundred and
sixteen, entitled an act to add new sections to
article fifty-one of the Code of Public General
Laws, entitled "Justices of the Peace," pro-
viding for amendment of proceedings ; section
thirty-four of the same article ; section thirty-
