. sion, eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, entitled
"An act to add an additional section to the Code
of Public Local Laws, to be entitled 'Garrett Coun-
ty,' " and to re-enact the same with amendments,
limiting the jurisdiction of justices of the peace,
and chapter fifty-nine of the acts of assembly
passed at January session, eighteen hundred and
eighty-six, entitled "An act to repeal chapter
two hundred and sixty-three of the acts of as-
sembly passed at January session, eighteen hun-
dred and eighty, entitled "An act to repeal sec-
tion forty-nine of chapter one hundred and eight
of the acts of assembly passed at January session
of eighteen hundred and seventy- eight, entitled
"An act to add an additional section to the Code
of Public Local Laws, to be entitled 'Garrett
County,' and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments, limiting the jurisdiction of justices of the
peace, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments," be and the same are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
