Chapter 184.
AN ACT to repeal section forty-nine of chapter
one hundred and eight of the acts of assem-
bly passed at January session, eighteen hun-
dred and seventy-eight, entitled "An act to
add an additional article to the Code of Public
Local Laws, to be entitled 'Garrett County,'
sub-title 'Justices of the Peace and Consta-
bles.' " And also, to repeal chapter two hun-
dred and sixty-three of the acts of assembly
passed at the January session of eighteen
hundred and eighty, entitled 'An act to repeal
section forty-nine of chapter one hundred and
eight of the acts of assembly passed at the
January session, eighteen hundred and sev-
enty-eight, entitled "An act to add an addi-
tional section to the Code of Public Local
Laws, to be entitled ' Garrett County,' and to
re-enact the same with amendments, limiting
the jurisdiction of justices of the peace."
And also, to repeal chapter fifty-nine of the
acts of assembly passed at the January ses-
sion, eighteen hundred and eighty-six, enti-
tled "An act to repeal chapter two hundred
and sixty-three of the acts of assembly passed
at January session, eighteen hundred and
eighty, entitled an act to repeal section forty-
nine of chapter one hundred and eight of the
acts of assembly passed at the January ses-
sion of eighteen hundred and seventy-eight,
entitled an act to add an additional section to
the Code of Public Local Laws, to be entitled
'Garrett County,' and to re-enact the same
with amendments, limiting the jurisdiction of
justices of the peace, and to re-enact the same
with amendments."
