ART. 9. It shall be the duty of the agents to
devote themselves with diligence and fidelity to
the interests and affairs of the association, and
perform such duties as may be provided for in
the by-laws. They shall be present at all meet-
ings of the board of managers, and participate
in their deliberations, but not vote.
ART. 10. The board of managers shall have

tion, and shall apply them in such manner as
they shall deem best calculated to accomplish
its benevolent purposes. They shall have au-
thority to make all necessary by-laws, and from
time to time alter or amend them, to fill all
