Chapter 178.
AN ACT to authorize the mayor and city council
of Baltimore to appropriate a sum of money
for the erection of a suitable building, to be
occupied by the members of the Veteran Fire-
men's Association.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

to appropriate a sufficient amount of money to
erect a suitable building, to be occupied by the
members of the Veteran Volunteer Firemen's
Association.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact section four of
chapter thirty-four of the acts passed at the
January session, eighteen hundred and sixty,
entitled " An act to incorporate the Baltimore,
Catonsville and Ellicott's Mills Passenger Rail-
way Company."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-

re-enacted.

sembly of Mary land, That section four of chapter

session, eighteen hundred and sixty, entitled
" An act to incorporate the Baltimore, Catons-
ville and Ellicott's Mills Passenger Railway
Company," be and the same is hereby repealed
and re-enacted so as to read as follows :
