said corporation, of such lot or lots of ground on
or near to Park avenue in the city of Baltimore,
as their needs as a religious society may require,
and it is hereby permitted and authorized to
buy, receive, hold, lease, mortgage, or sell such
lot or lots as may be desirable, or the interests of
said corporation as a religious society may re-
quire, in all respects as an individual or natural
person might do.

Effective.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

Chapter 130.

AN ACT to prevent non-residents of the State
of Maryland from fishing or hunting in Gar-
rett county without permission, in writing,
from the owner of the premises upon which
such hunting or fishing is done, and to pre-
vent any person from fishing in Bear creek in
said county for two years.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That any person not a bona
