Chapter 127.
AN ACT for the further protection of Rabbits
in Worcester county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That it shall not be lawful
|
|
|

kill, etc., rab-
bit.

for any person or persons in Worcester county
to shoot, kill, catch or in any way entrap any
rabbit in said county, between the fifteenth day
of January and the first day of November in
each and every year.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That any person or
persons violating any of the provisions of the
preceding section of this act shall be guilty of a
|
|
|
Penalty.

misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof, be-
fore any justice of the peace of said county,
shall pay a fine of five dollars for each and
every rabbit shot or taken.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That all laws or
|
|
|
Laws repealed
|
parts of laws inconsistent with this act be and
are hereby repealed.

|
Effective.
|
SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

Chapter 128.
AN ACT to authorize the county commissioners
of Montgomery county to levy certain sums of
money to pay the claims of R. H. Cissel, Rich-
ard H. Perry and Upton Darby, for taxes paid
in error.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the county commissioners
of Montgomery county be and they are hereby

claims.

authorized to levy the following sums of money
to pay the claims of R. H. Cissel, Richard H.
Perry and Upton Darby, for taxes paid in error,
to wit : to R. H. Cissel the sum of eighty-six dol-
lars and forty-three cents, for taxes paid in error
for the years eighteen hundred and eighty-three,
eighteen hundred and eighty-four, and eighteen
hundred and eighty-five ; to Richard H. Perry,
