Chapter 125.
AN ACT to repeal chapter two hundred and
fifty-six of the acts of eighteen hundred and
seventy-eight of the Local Laws of Somerset
county, titled "Tangier District," sub-titled
"Fences."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That chapter two hundred

and fifty-six of the acts of eighteen hundred
and seventy-eight of the Local Laws of Somer-
set county, titled "Tangier District," sub-titled
"Fences," be and the same is hereby repealed,
so far as the same applies to that part of said
Tangier District which comprises Deal's Island
as the same is now surrounded by water, but
nothing herein contained shall apply to that
part of said district which does not comprise
said Deal's Island.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

Chapter 126.
AN ACT to prevent the destruction of fish by
the use of dynamite or other explosive in the
waters and streams of Garrett county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-

sembly of Maryland, That any person who shall
destroy or attempt to destroy any fish by dyna-
mite or other explosive in any of the waters or
streams of Garrett county, shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor, and upon conviction before any

tribunal having jurisdiction in the premises
shall be fined not less than twenty-five nor more
than one hundred dollars for each offence, one-
half |to the informer and the other half to the
board of county school commissioners of Garrett
county.
