include all expenses incident to the carrying and
conveying of such person or persons, provided
that, as far as is possible, the said sheriff shall
convey, and shall be held and required to convey,
to each of such institutions, all persons sentenc-
ed to be so conveyed at the same term of court.

What is not
allowed.

No other fees, perquisites or allowances what-
soever shall be granted, allowed or levied for
said sheriff except such as are specified in the
Code of Public General Laws relating to sheriffs.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

Chapter 120.

AN ACT to enable the trustees of the West
Nottingham Academy in Cecil county, incor-
porated by the act of Assembly of the State
of Maryland, passed at the November session
of the year eighteen hundred and eleven,
chapter one hundred and fifty-nine, to borrow
a sum of money by way of mortgage, for the
use of said academy, and to repeal so much
of the said act of assembly as limits the
amount of property to be held by the corpor-
ation thereby created.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-

fit of said academy, the trustees thereof, or a
majority of them in number, shall have power
to mortgage all the property of the academy,
real, personal and mixed, now owned by said
academy or hereafter to be acquired by it, in-
cluding the academy itself and its premises.

section two of the said act of assembly passed
at the November session of the year eighteen
hundred and eleven, as limits the amount of
