Chapter 105.
AN ACT to authorize the governor to appoint
one additional justice of the peace for the-
third election district of Baltimore county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-

sembly of Maryland, That the governor be and
he is hereby authorized and empowered to
appoint one additional justice of the peace for
the third election district of Baltimore county,
Maryland.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

Chapter 1O6.
AN ACT to change the name of Secretary creek
to Warwick river, and to change the name of
Cambridge creek to Cambridge harbor.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-

creek, a branch of the Great Choptank river,
in Dorchester county, be changed to Warwick
river, and the name of Cambridge creek be
changed to Cambridge harbor.
