Chapter 92.

AN ACT to repeal chapter seventy-six of the
acts of eighteen hundred and eighty-six, en-
titled "An act to encourage the destruction of
hawks, owls and crows in Worcester and
Wicomico counties," so far as the same relates
to Worcester and Wicomico counties.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-

sembly of Maryland, That chapter seventy-six
of the acts of eighteen hundred and eighty-six,
entitled "An act to encourage destruction of
hawks, owls and crows in Worcester and
Wicomico counties," be and the same is hereby
repealed so far as relates to Worcester and
Wicomico counties.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

Chapter 93.

AN ACT to authorize the board of county
school commissioners of Worcester county to
appropriate money belonging to the free
school fund of said county towards building
and repairing school-houses and purchasing
school-house lots in said county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That the board of county
school commissioners of Worcester county be
and it is hereby authorized and empowered to
use and appropriate, out of the permanent free
school fund of said county, money to an amount
not exceeding two thousand five hundred dol-
lars, towards building and repairing school-
houses and purchasing school-house lots in said
county.
