of the sections of this act to the informer, the
remainder shall be paid by the justice of the
peace collecting the same to the county school
commissioners of said county for the benefit of
the public schools thereof.

SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That this
act shall take effect from the date of its passage.

Chapter 91.

AN ACT to authorize the Governor of Mary-
land to appoint a notary public in the town
of Middletown, in Frederick county, Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the governor of said
state be and he is hereby authorized to appoint
a notary public in Middletown, in Frederick
county, Maryland.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
