every partridge, pheasant, woodcock or rabbit
shot, or in any manner caught, killed, or found
in his or their possession, or for any partridge
trapped, or for any partridge eggs or nests

wilfully or maliciously molested or destroyed
contrary to the preceding section, one-half of
said fine to be paid the informer, and the
remainder as hereinafter directed, and in de-
fault of payment of said fine or fines imposed
hereunder, together with costs, the offender
shall be committed to jail for not less than five
nor more than thirty days for each offence, and
the non-payment of each and every fine shall
be considered a separate offence within the
meaning of the preceding sections.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That it shall
not be lawful for any person not a bona-fide

resident of said county to shoot, or in any
manner catch or kill any partridge, pheasant,
woodcock, rabbit, or any other game whatso-
ever, within the limits of Howard county, with-
out first having obtained from -the clerk of the
circuit court for said county a license permitting
the person named in said license to shoot wild
game in said, county for one year from the day
on which said license is issued, except as herein
prohibited by sections one and two, and that
the person named therein, or the person pro-
curing such license, shall pay to said clerk for
such license the sum of seven dollars and a-half,
and fifty cents to the clerk for his fee for issuing
such license, and any non-resident convicted

gunning within the limits of the county without
a license so to do, shall be fined not less than
ten nor more than thirty dollars for each and
every offence, one-half of which said fine shall
be paid to the informer, and the remainder as

with the cost, the offender shall be committed
to jail for not less than ten nor more than thirty
days for each offence ; provided, however, that
nothing in this bill shall interfere with right of
any land owner to extend privilege of killing
said game when it may be lawful to shoot the
same according to this act, upon his own land,
