the additional limits provided for by this act, and all taxes
whatever which they are authorized to assess, levy and collect
within the taxable limits of the town of Saint Michael's, as
existing before the passage of this act.

SEC. 150 F. An be it enacted, That the plat and survey of
the limits extended of said town of Saint Michaels, shall be
recorded in the office of the clerk of the Circuit Court for
Talbot county.

CHAPTER 604.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections
141, 142 and 157 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Allegany County," sub-title "Frostburg."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That sections 141, 142 and 157 of article one of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Allegany
County," sub title "Frostburg," be and the same are hereby
repealed and re-enacted, to read as follows :

SEC. 141. On the first Monday in April, in the year eighteen
