Limits of
St. Michael's

corner of east Chestnut street by the side of a cove forming
the south arm or branch of Saint Michael's harbor; thence
north sixty six and one quarter degrees east with a foot bridge
across said cove to a stone planted at the east end of said foot
bridge; thence south eight degrees, east twelve and one-
tenth perches to a post and division fence between the lands
of Mrs. J. T. Ratcliffe and Dr. John Miller; thence with
said division fence, south one and one-half degrees, west
twenty-one and —— -sixteenth perches to a stone, being the
southeast corner of the town extended; thence south seventy-
two and three-fourth degrees, west twelve and eight-tenth
perches across a marsh; thence south seventy-two and one-half
degrees, west fifty-four perches to and across the public road
leading from Saint Michael's to the Royal Oak; thence south
seventy degrees, west eighty-one and eight-tenth perches to a
stone planted by the side of a cove or branch of Broad creek
for the southwest corner; thence across said cove or branch of
Broad creek, north eighty-three and one half degrees, west to
a stone planted at the south end of the division fence between
the land belonging to heirs of Edward Willey and the Canton
farm, now owned by Col. R. L. Dodson; thence north three-
fourths of one degree, west two hundred and fourteen and
six-tenths perches to a stone planted for the northwest corner,
by the wood-land belonging to Mrs. Susan H. Dawson; thence
with said wood-land to and across the public road and across
Cabin field, south eighty-five degrees, east to a stone for the
northeast corner planted by the Cabin cove or north branch of
Saint Michael's harbor; thence southerly and westerly with
the waters of Cabin cove and Saint Michael's harbor, to a stone
planted at the foot of Willow street, last named stone being
the east boundary of Willow street (as originally laid in act of
assembly, January the nineteenth, eighteen hundred and five),
as per plat and survey of lines for the extension of the said
town, made by Dr. Joseph A. Robinson, surveyor, the eighth
day of March, eighteen hundred and ninety.

SEC. 150 E. And be it enacted, That the commissioners of
St. Michael's, duly tested and qualified in accordance with
the Acts of Assembly, in said case made and provided, shall
have full power and authority to assess, levy and collect within
