SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That said company may
enter upon, grade, occupy or use any public road or highway
in said county, for the purposes aforesaid, so however, as not
to prevent the free and convenient travel over such road by
any citizens; and they are further authorized to acquire such
rights of way or the fee of such lands as they may find need-
ful or advantageous to the construction or operation of such
railway line or lines, by purchase, gift, grant or condemnation
in the manner provided by law for acquisition of private
property for public use within the limits of Somerset county,
Maryland.

Perpetual
existence
|
SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That said company, subject, how-
ever, to the constitutional right of amendment and repeal, shall
have perpetual continuance.

Effective.

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 599.
AN ACT to amend Article twenty-three of the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Corporations," by
adding thereto an additional section, to follow section twenty,
class seven, and to be designated as "Section twenty A, class
seven A," of said article, providing for the formation of
corporations for conducting any trading, commercial or mer-
cantile business.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That article number twenty-three (23) of the Code
of Public General Laws of Maryland, title " Corporations," be
and the same is hereby amended, by adding thereto the follow-
ing section, to follow section 20, class 7, and to be designated
as "section twenty (20) A, class seven A," of said article.
