CHAPTER 595.
AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Balti-
more County to erect and build draw bridge over the waters
of Bear Creek, in the twelfth election district of Baltimore
county, to connect the road lately condemned and opened,
running from a point on the Trappe road to a point on the
North Point, under the provisions of Article 25 of the
Public General Laws of Maryland, entitled "Bridges,"
Sections 19 to 34, both inclusive.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Baltimore
county be and they are hereby authorized to erect and con-
struct a draw bridge over the waters of Bear creek, in the
twelfth election district of Baltimore county, to connect a
road lately condemned and opened, running from a point on
the Trappe road to a point on the North Point road, under the
provisions of article 25 of the Public General Laws of Mary-
land, entitled "Bridges," sections 19 to 34, both inclusive.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 596.
AN ACT to incorporate the New Warsaw Bridge Company
for the purpose of constructing and covering a bridge at
New Warsaw, in Baltimore County, Back River.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That William F. 6'Connor, Charles W. Nash,
John B. Keplinger and William C. Harden, of Baltimore city,
Henry IT. Sinclair and Charles W. Robey, of Baltimore
county, in the State of Maryland, and their associates and suc-
cessors, and all other persons who may be stockholder? as here-
inafter provided, be and they are hereby constituted and made
a body corporate by the name of the New Warsaw Bridge
Company, and by the aforesaid corporate name the said Wil-
liam F. O'Connor, Charles W. Nash, John B. Keplinger,
