CHAPTER 68.

AN ACT to pay the claim of William J. C. Dulany Company
for stationery furnished the Court of Appeals, State Library,
the Executive and Legislative Departments of the State of
Maryland, for the years 1892, 1893 and 1894.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the comptroller be and he is hereby directed
to draw his warrant upon the treasurer in favor of William 3.
C. Dulany Company for the sum of seven thousand six
hundred and ninety-two dollars and forty-one cents ($7,692.41)
for stationery furnished the Court of Appeals, State Library,
the Executive and Legislative Departments of the State of
Maryland, for the years 1892, 1893 and 1894.

To pay claim.

SEC. 2. And be, it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved March 8th, 1894.

CHAPTER 69,

AN ACT to prohibit the laying of railway tracks upon
McCnlloh street, in the City of Baltimore, without the con-
sent of the General Assembly.

Effective.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That it shall not be lawful for any person or cor-
poration to lay any railway tracks upon McCalloh street,
between Eutaw street and North avenue, without the consent
of the General Assembly of Maryland; provided, that this act
shall not restrict in any way the right of any passenger railway
company now incorporated, or that may hereafter be incorpo-
rated, to cross said street, where such railway company shall
be authorized by the mayor and city council of Baltimore to
use any street or avenue opening into said street.
