CHAPTER 572.
AN ACT to authorize James T. Dixon, Register of Wills for
Kent County, Maryland, to have rebound Wills Books Z. F.
and Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, and replace that part
of Wills Liber No. 10 destroyed, and to complete the general
indices for the following respective papers: administration and
guardian bonds, administration accounts, guardian accounts,
inventories of personal property, list of debts, sales of per-
sonal property, wills; to prepare general index for sales
and inventories of real estate; to prepare chancery docket
for sales of real estate of intestates; to index administration
oaths from 1882 to 1891; to prepare general index to pro-
ceedings of the Orphans' Court.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That James T. Dixon, register of wills for Kent
county, Maryland, be and he is authorized and directed to
have rebound Wills Books Z. F. and Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8,
9, 10 and 12; and to replace that part of Wills No. 10 lost ;
and to complete the general indices for the following respec-
tive papers: administration and guardian bonds, administration
accounts, guardian accounts, inventories of personal property,
list of debts, sales of personal property, wills; and to prepare
general index for sales and inventories of real estate; to pre-
pare chancery docket for sales of real estate of intestates, and
to index same; to index administration oaths from 1882 to
1891; and to prepare general index to proceedings of court.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the County Commissioners
of Kent county, Maryland, are required to levy on the assess-
able property of said county, a sum sufficient to pay said
register of wills ten cents per hundred words for recording,
and five cents for each index required by the aforegoing sec-
tion, as also for the necessary cost of rebinding record and
general index book.
