SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That sections one hundred and ninety-seven, one
hundred and ninety-eight, one hundred and ninety-nine, two
hundred, two hundred and one, two hundred and two, two

SEC. 197. The inhabitants of the town of Princess Anne,

in Somerset county, are hereby made and declared a body cor-
porate, with all the privileges of a body corporate, by the name
of the president and commissioners of Princess Anrie, and by
that name shall have perpetual succession, may sue and be
sued, may purchase, hold and dispose of real, personal and mixed
property for the use and benefit of said town, and may have
and use a common seal.
SEC. 198. All the male citizens of said town, citizens of the
United States, above twenty-one years of age, who shall have
bona fide resided in said town for the space of six months, and
