LAWS OF MARYLAND.

CHAPTER 461.

AN ACT to authorize and empower the members of the
"Green Spring Valley Game Protective Association," to
shoot game in Baltimore County on the lands embraced
within the limits of such association.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

game on
their own
lands.

Maryland, That the members of the "Green Spring Valley
Game Protective Association of Baltimore County," a body
corporate, duly incorporated by the General Assembly of
Maryland at its present session, eighteen hundred and ninety-
four, be and they are hereby authorized and empowered, and
given the right to shoot game on the lands embraced within
the limits of said association, as fixed by its said act of incor-
poration, during the period from the eighth day of November
to the twenty-fourth day of December, exclusive, of eighteen
hundred and ninety-four.

Eepeal.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all acts or parts of acts
inconsistent with the provisions of this act, be and the same
are hereby, repealed so far as they are inconsistent.

Effective.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved April 6th, 1894.

CHAPTER 462.

AN ACT to repeal and re enact with amendments, Section
thirty-five of Article ninety-three of the Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland, title "Testamentary Law," sub-
title "Administration."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Repeal.

Maryland, That section 35 of article 93 of the Code of Pub-
lic General Laws of Maryland, title "Testamentary Law," sub-
title "Administration," be and the same is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, so as to read as follows :

Letters of ad-
ministration

35. No administration or letters testamentary shall be
granted to any judge of the Orphans' Court, or of the Circuit
Court, or register of wills of the county where he is judge or
register of wills, unless he be next of kin or largest creditor.
